Our Story

Fresh Radishes
"Cookshop came about through a longstanding desire to more fully incorporate the range of ingredients available in the Northeast, whether it was farm animals, agricultural products, or the emerging artisanal cheese movement.  To this day we continue to make every effort to ensure that the beliefs and values that were an inspiration on opening day continue to be a part of every dish we create."
